Ash Kumra of DreamItAlive – The Power of Collective Visualization
At TechOut, we’re lucky to work with some incredible innovators in the world of technology. One of these incredible innovators is Ash Kumra, the founder of DreamItAlive. Ash is an award winning entrepreneur, author, and public speaker who has twice been recognized by the White House for his efforts to make an impact on this world.
When Ash first created DreamItAlive, he envisioned an online community that fosters creativity and empowers people to live their best lives and share their dreams (and journey along the way) anywhere, anytime. By combining visualization with the physical manifestation that a dream board provides, you can discover who you need to become to achieve all that you want.
Inspired by Gandhi and the Quit India Movement, Nelson Mandela’s quest to end apartheid, and Obama’s “Yes We Can” campaign, Ash is passionate about exploring what he terms “collective visualization,” — where a group of people with like-minded goals and dreams pursue a shared goal. Ash believes an individual or entrepreneur can apply these concepts to his or her own life, and find others with whom to share the vision.
